  transportation lines and/or excellent parking
• power centers, regional and community shopping centers
  with national tenants
• 3,000 to 5,000 square feet with a minimum 30 foot
  storefront

Demographic Profile

• metropolitan and urban markets
• trade area population of at least 75,000
• median household income of $45,000 to $65,000
